Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist inpatient and community mental health, learning disabilities, addiction services and acquired brain injury services for the people of Liverpool, Sefton and Kirkby, Merseyside. We also provide community physical health services in Liverpool and Sefton, secure mental health services for the North West of England, the West Midlands and Wales and specialist learning disability services across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside. Our services are currently provided from 124 sites across the North West.

In Mersey Care we want to support  people to live healthy, independent, fulfilling lives and be part of a thriving and supportive community.  We are bringing community, secondary care health, social care and voluntary services together in our 16 Neighbourhoods (Networks) to form a seamless health system network from prevention to specialised commissioned services

Our integration programme will drive our collaborative approach, developing partnerships and build on existing community assets to facilitate improved delivery specific to each neighbourhood population health needs.

We are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager (8b) who will have a significant role in the strategic leadership of redesign and evidence based change management  across the services within the system to deliver  agreed integration objectives.
