Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist inpatient and community mental health, learning disabilities, addiction services and acquired brain injury services for the people of Liverpool, Sefton and Kirkby, Merseyside. We also provide community physical health services in Liverpool and Sefton, secure mental health services for the North West of England, the West Midlands and Wales and specialist learning disability services across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside. Our services are currently provided from 124 sites across the North West.

**Ward 35 is a physical health area therefore; applicants need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN Adult)**

Ward 35 Community Intermediate Care; is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Nurses / Care Practitioners to join our well established Integrated Community Reablement and Assessment Service (ICRAS). We are a 25 bedded unit that specialises in; assessment, rehabilitation, acute Hospital admission prevention and supporting discharge. 

The Ward is based within Aintree University Hospital but are part of the Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. 

We welcome all candidates that are committed to providing Patient's with high standards of care that works in line with the Mersey Care values of striving for 'Perfect Care' at all times.

This post is suitable for either newly qualified or experienced RGN's.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn; develop and practice a variety of skills as well as being a valued member of our exceptional multi-disciplinary team.
